Exercise planning does not only apply high level athletes but to all those who wish to train with a goal in mind. With the help of a exercise planification, it is possible to structure and build a progression that will allow you to achieve your results. The use of such a tool also allows you to better target the gaps that may harm your chances of success. Once identified, it is possible to remedy these shortcomings whit subsequent planning. Exercise planifications are developed in function of the place where you exercise, either at home or in a sports center and accroding to any of your specific needs.
